	Services We are a fully operational Boarding and Training Facility. All services can be paid by Cash, Check, or Credit Card. Boarding We offer Full Board at ........................$375.00/ month This Includes: A 10 X 12 Rubber matted Stall Daily Turn out on grass pastures Run-ins in every paddock Use of Facilities We are a short distance to 29 miles of state riding trails which includes an equestrian campground. Leasing We offer three different types of leasing Full and Partial some horses are only available for Partial lease please check with Kate to see which horses are available. Leasing is offered year round; also month to month leasing is available. Full Lease- When a horse is fully leased this horse will be taken out of the lesson program and the horse is available to the student 100% of the time. The student is allowed to come out and ride the horse at anytime. Two 1 hour lessons are included. The student is responsible for any costs during the length of the lease i.e. Vet, Farrier, etc. The student is also GUARENTEED that they will have that horse for show season or the length of lease. Full Lease.................................................$375.00/month Shared Lease- In a Shared lease the horse will be taken out of the schooling program and you and one other student would be able to use the horse. If you are doing a shared lease all costs would be split evenly between both students i.e. Vet, Farrier, etc. Two 1 hour lessons are included (one per student) the student is also GUARENTEED that they will have that horse for show season or the length of lease. Shared Lease...............................................$325.00/month Partial Lease- When a horse is partially leased the horse will remain in lesson program. The student is allowed to come out and ride the leased horse up to 3 times a week not including any lesson taken during that week. One 1 hour lesson is included. The student is responsible for 1/2 of any costs that occurs during lease i.e. Vet, Farrier, etc. The student is also GUARENTEED that they will have that horse for show season or the length of lease but may share with another student that is showing the same horse. All ages and levels are welcome! We offer lessons for the first time rider as well as the most advanced rider. Beginner lessons are available for both children and adults. Lesson horses are available for beginner to intermediate riders. All beginners are offered individualized instruction one-on-one and/or limited to small groups. There will never more than 3 students in a lesson at a time, with the exception of camps/clinics. All package lessons are to be used in a one month period of time. All fees are to be paid in advance in order to hold your lesson time. Please arrive 15 minutes before your lesson time to groom and tack your horse. Make-up lessons must be made within a month of the missed lessons.
